Meet Nathan Winograd of No Kill Solutions.

Nathan Winograd of No Kill Solutions, a leading animal shelter assessment firm, was brought onboard to review operations at NHS and to help put together a No Kill plan for Reno.

Winograd has helped create no kill communities in San Francisco, Calif., and Tompkins County, New York, and brings a wealth of experience from working with over 50 other communities.

“If No Kill is to become a reality in the community, the community must rally to the cause. It will be up to all of us—all of you—the rescue groups, the private shelters, the feral cat caretakers, the media, the philanthropist, the Good Samaritan, each and every pet lover in the community to help make this lifesaving endeavor succeed.” said Winograd.
