The Fine Print

The Nevada Humane Society encourages the participation of volunteers who support our mission statement, which is “to promote animal welfare and to provide for the relief and prevention of all animal suffering.”

All potential volunteers must receive an interview prior to placement, which can be done over the phone. We also require that all volunteers participate in our orientation/training program as part of their work experience.
