The Nevada Humane Society is a non-profit, tax exempt organization that receives no support from any federal, state or local agency. The Society relies on income generated from service fees such as dog boarding, clinic services, special events, grants, interest from its endowment fund, and of course public support.

There are many ways to support the Nevada Humane Society. Some include; cash, stocks & bonds, trusts, real estate, event sponsorships, life insurance policies, in-kind giving (product or manpower), and by making a bequest in your will.

If you are making a bequest in your will, please include the following language: "To the Nevada Humane Society, Inc. located in the State of Nevada, County of Washoe". You may specify where your gift should go. Some areas include; endowment fund, clinic operations, adoptions, building & grounds, operating find, etc.
