Nevada Humane Society | Puppies up for Parole

The “PUPS” program targets puppies and dogs that need to be behaviorally rehabilitated or have had no training at all. We have several goals we are striving to accomplish with this program:

To help the dogs acquire a permanent home.
To make these types of dogs more desirable to the public.
To provide a positive experience adopting a shelter animal.
To save more lives in our shelter and provide that experience to inmates inside the NSP and SSCC prisons, thus reducing stress for the dogs and the inmates.
